After becoming a member of the DC bar, she completed a clerkship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and advocated for Veterans and Active Duty servicemen and women requiring civilian defense counsel.

Although an aggressive trial lawyer, Christal is primarily known by her clients and colleagues as a dependable ally, always relatable and confident when needed most. This, coupled with her experience and training allows her to provide strength and understanding in some of the most trying situations in the lives of her clients.
